Troy Buff

Anybody know anything about this guy? He has an Allen Johnston "kit car" and was qualified #6 in Memphis and sitting on #8 Sat AM in Dallas. Appears to be an experienced driver with various race car creds. He also has some good talent doing head work for him and a serious sponsor testing the NHRA waters. Beyond this I don't know...could be a player rest of year or next.
What does anybody else think????????

Troy is a second generation driver. He's been running the alcohol for years with good success. He's from the Houston area.

Troy raced with blaine. Buffs sister has a child named blaine. very close relationship with Allan. Allan right hand man is the crew chief. Troy is also related to Wayne Dupy.

Thanx to you people who responded so far... I only ask because I am aquainted with some of the hired help on his team and they think he(Troy Buff) is seriously involved now and for '07.

Too bad he was out in the first round, but so were alot of other people in the beginning.
