Where is Frankie Pedregon?

I thought Frank had gotten some $$ from Torco/Skull. I had expected to see him at Indy, was he in Epping?

There were rumors floating around about scenarios that had taken place on the way to Norwalk. However, we could not substantiate those rumors with official documentation - we declined to post any such story until we could. We had a number of sources - unrelated - tell us the same story, but given the serious nature of the allegations - we decided to wait.

The bottom line is he didn't make it to Norwalk.

I would appreciate your waiting to post any of the hearsay until it can be proven.
