At first, I didnt agree with you on this subject. But after reading the article above, I couldn't agree more. Especially after reading that last sentence. Makes you wonder if they feel that Garlits' idea was nothing but a cartoon. Even though they never contacted him on this canopy reinvention, you would think they would have an ounce of respect for the guy to mention his name, at least once, for this paticular part of the car. Whether they know it or not, his answers/reactions to the canopy sound just like Big's did in 1986 (Except for that cigar crap).

Big was ahead of the times......in more than one decade. He'll get no credit for a canopy---too big of egos and $$$ spent.

There's only one "Big" and that's all that matters to me.
