grubby is that sleeper crew chief that most overlook. Now he seems to be getting everyone's attention. I wonder what Alan Johnson is thinking right now.

Alan Johnson? What about John Force? He's got to be wondering if he has "last weeks crew chief" and whos'e responsible for making his bombs? Will people in dark sun glasses and black suits come asking about his bomb making skills and if any of his crew members need to talk to ICE?

While I'm joking, this is very serious. That was a huge explosion right in front of us yesterday with a large hunk of body going over the guard rail. It was interesting that NHRA did not allow any of the Safety Safari folks to touch any of the debri for a long time while someone sorted things out. It must have been five minutes while the Safety Safari guys just stood there leaning on their shovels n' brooms.

Yes!... Millican and Grubnic are showing everyone the way to get it done.

I understand where you are coming from with the Safari, Look at when there was an incident at Englishtown, NOBODY was allowed to even take a look or even touch the damaged car UNTIL the N.J. State police cleared it with their report. yea, N.J. State police have a clue of how a Fuel car runs...They should stick to speeding tickets and Heroin overdoses.

3 races, 3 bodies, 4 explosions and 4 oildowns, yesterday's costing him $4K.... 16 Championships..... The math's not adding up. At least he hasn't been to the hospital, yet

He does have a point about being a "one hit wonder". One great pass on Friday night is nice and all, but he has to put together four very good runs on Sunday for the hardware and the bigger points.

Somebody is either missing something or screwing up and it isn't John but it's costing John.

At the same time did you see that crowd? Huge crowd for a Friday and sellout on Saturday at one of their top Four tracks for capacity. Huge crowd brings in huge bucks where bodies and fines become chump change. He had a minimum of 5x the people eating for his autograph between rounds of anybody else! The reigning champ, Robt Hight, didn't have 1/5th as many.

Millican and Grubnic are kicking butt but wish the had the crowd draw and t-shirt sales JFR has.

Grubby should be able to work a good tuneup for Clay in E1 since Totten only ran once (96mph).
Plus, he has the weak side of the ladder.

Same weather conditions tomorrow.
