Almost 30mph winds on Sat.
Sun. sunny and only 81, so it might be a little nippy during E1/E2.

Silly question, was wondering if anyone might know.. How will they use the lanes for the Pro Stock Challenge? Typically for the 4 wides you get one qualifying shot in each lane. Hypothetically, you are in the Challenge and ran lane 1 and 2 on Friday Q, then the Challenge uses only lanes 1 and 2 Saturday, you may never have been down lanes 3 or 4 until Sundays eliminations. Or is it possible that since you have lane choice you can pick any of the 4 lanes to use and your competitor can pick any of the other 3 left? You can have a car in lane 1 and 4.. then another pair in 2 and 3.. then another in 1 and 3.. etc?

Here's something the track put together for the fans. I helped with it.

Very nicely done. Wondered about the lane choice and safety issues you covered. Doubling up on cleanup is cool too.

Follow up questions:
  1. If all four cars crash at the same time, is there are enough Safety Safari Medical Personnel to handle four drivers at once?
  2. Where are the windows to place your bets...
  3. Betting to "place" means your car finished first, second or third in one quad or does it pay for the race winner, runner up or semifinalist?

This is Vegas, right?
