2016 Brittany Force Monster Energy 1:24th Top Fuel Dragster
My USA wholesaler came across some new stock of this model that was Sold Out.
Unfortunately being a Monster model is comes on the base.

This is the last 1:24th model that Lionel will produce as the new ones are a much smaller 1:32nd scale

Interesting....Lionel actually shows it at 1/31 I wonder why they've gone smaller scale, and would even tool it up considering they only do that one TF driver.

Who's making DSR dragsters? They are 1/24. After being heavily involved in this 15+ years ago I don't keep up.

Regarding the photos of that 2016 Monster piece, I found the Boss 500 logos on the valve covers interesting. Right next to the Bowtie on the body.

Auto world is doing the DSR stuff.

As far as why Lionel went to a smaller scale they are lowering detail level across all of their products. Nascar stuff they took away details and reduced the price slightly and lowered the minimum pre-orders needed to produce certain schemes.

This new smaller scale is absolutely horrible. No engine detail, the canopy just has a silver painted area for the windshield and they didn't even revise the shape of it to be more accurate. At least Autoworld has that pretty accurate. Seems Lionel went from being collectibles to toylectibles

The new and awful 1:32 scale now available, and probably will be available for a long time. With no one buying these toys, I can see Lionel drag racing diecast to die real fast:

Swamp Rat 33 Bonneville 1988 Garlits by Dwindle

The car evolved quite a bit and apart from changes to decoration the museum version also has a large rear fin which wasn’t present originally. This is supplied as a separate casting and all of the resin parts are extremely precise requiring minimal preparation and offering a good dry fit. Decals are very clearly printed and thoughtfully laid out to avoid any confusion and with the excellent instructions this simple kit will be a joy to build.

1:43 scale resin and metal kit
Release Date: March 2018
$87.08

Hi All:

Does CP allow one to sell their diecast collection in this forum or is that strictly prohibited?

Thank you.

There is a marketplace, however, most items are for real cars, there are some non-car/part related items.
