When and where and any live coverage?
Video from DSR posted about an hour ago:
"A challenge to get it of the expressway"
I wonder if they finally got it off... or is the crew standing guard with a 3ft 1/2" drive extension in hand until Thursday?
3ft 1/2" drive extension
is that code for 9mm?

First day Notebook....
Bobby, you and Roger do an awesome job with info and photos as usual. But, could you include a little more of the new teams like Alex's Hot4Teacher funny car team? Teams like that need some ink from time to time so the fans can get to know them. I would not have even known they were there except for the 2 photos Roger took and for the fact that I took him one of Jim Dunns crankshafts when they were loading their hauler getting ready to leave for Vegas.
Love the live streams. THANKS!
I wish you could do this between Q sessions or even on Thursdays during setup day.
Where is tony Schumacher in all of this. No ride again!
Wild guess on my part, but if he really wanted to race, he would be racing. Remember, his dad did the same thing back in the 70’s. Who knows if he will come back... in the car or as team owner in the future. He can pretty well do as he wishes I would think.
That is a wild guess. Unlike when Big Shoe hung up the helmet lil Shoe isn't sidelined by choice. He'd be out there if they'd find an outfit that'd pony up the money & he sure as heck don't have the bankroll that his pops has.
What's he even do for a living?
I seem to remember reading where he was learning the “in and outs” of the family business.
Schumacher Batteries was on the side of a T/F car a few years back. If they wanted him in a car, he would be there. Especially when it doesn’t look like all of the DSR drivers brought their sponsor’s $$$ or their own $$$ with them.
If you look at his FB page, he's all over the place with his new girlfriend spending money and havin' a good time.
I would too.
I couldn't find the CP article...

The majority of the NHRA teams are testing at The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway in Las Vegas, Nevada. However, that does not mean every team is testing there.
Approximately six pro teams are testing at Wild Horse Pass Motorsports Park in Chandler, Arizona. On Friday night, one of the teams testing in Arizona had an accident.
Bob Tasca’s Funny Car team was involved in the accident. We’re not going to speculate how the accident happened.
According to Competition Plus, two members of Tasca’s Motorcraft/Quick Lane Funny Car operation were injured. Team publicist Lachelle Laney told Susan Wade that the incident was a “starting line mishap.”
“The mechanics are being evaluated,” Laney said to Wade. “But, according to team owner Bob Tasca III, the injuries appear to be minor. The cause of the incident is under review.”
With this incident, Tasca III and his crew members may skip Saturday’s session before heading to Pomona, California for the start of the 2020 season.

Tony has not been involved in Schumacher Electric, ever.

Thanks for the live stream! It was fantastic!
Screencapped just minutes ago of Hagan's last pass. Nice quality video and audio!
Just posted from Scott Palmer Racing in Phoenix
"Nice quality video and audio!"
Warren Evans did a great job up there!
^ He sure did. Next year, an extra $20 to put some Cokes in the fridge behind him, lol.
The added interviews and the Legends videos between runs was nice. Rickie Smith and his episode with that monkey punching him in the jaw with both fists AND feet still cracks me up.
Thanks Willy, that makes it a LOT easier know what what all went down.
Full three day gallery....
