EPA Fines Speed Shop Colorado

I've been following this story. Just a terrible deal for this business owner to get hit with.

seems strange the only item they were interested in was that Hondata S300. What's disturbing is they only sold it. They didn't design it, manufacture it or install it. How do they know those 37 devices were used on a street driven cars?

    Having said that-

PRI is calling on the racing industry and enthusiasts to unite and urge Congress to pass the Recognizing the Protection of Motorsports (RPM) Act. The bipartisan bill will clarify that it is legal to convert street vehicles into dedicated race cars, and that businesses can legally produce, market, and install racing products.

Well, we all know all these performance parts being sold these days are being installed on "dedicated race cars" and are being installed on street cars.
