I haven't been there but its always struck me as odd that the US Nationals is usually the race people pick to do a "one-off" appearance and yet when you ask other racers about that venue the majority say its terrible. ??
Indy is known to be one of the substandard facilities on the NHRA circuit, but the ongoing hype that it is the largest drag race seemingly makes it attractive from a marketing standpoint.
